BEDAHKASUS.ID – (TANGGAMUS) -Unit Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipidkor) Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Sat Reskrim) Polres Tanggamus melakukan penahanan terhadap SR (52) oknum Kakon Sukamernah, Gunung Alip atas dugaan persangkaan tindak pidana korupsi.

Penahanan SR itu setelah Kanit Tipidkor Ipda Alfiyan Almasruri Ali, S.Tr.K., M.H melakukan pemeriksaan selama 2 jam terhadap SR yang telah berstatus tersangka di ruang penyidik Tipidkor, Kamis 26 Oktober 2023.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Tanggamus, Iptu Hendra Safuan, S.H., M.H mengungkapkan, dugaan tindak pidana yang melibatkan SR berkaitan dengan korupsi dan penyimpangan dalam anggaran pendapatan dan belanja Pekon Sukamernah, Kecamatan Gunung Alip, Kabupaten Tanggamus, tahun 2021.

“Berdasarkan penghitungan yang dilakukan, nilai kerugian negara akibat dugaan tindak pidana ini mencapai Rp. 472.867.306,- (Empat Ratus Tujuh Puluh Dua Juta Delapan Ratus Enam Puluh Tujuh Ribu Tiga Ratus Enam Rupiah),” ungkap Iptu Hendra Safuan mewakili Kapolres Tanggamus AKBP Siswara Hadi Chandra, S.I.K.

Kasat menegaskan, penahanan SR sebagai tersangka korupsi ini merupakan langkah penting dalam upaya penegakan hukum dan keadilan di Kabupaten Tanggamus.

“Proses hukum akan berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Kami  berkomitmen untuk memastikan bahwa pelaku tindak pidana korupsi bertanggung jawab atas perbuatannya,” tegasnya. (*DIMAS MR*)

BEDAHKASUS.ID Way Kanan – Suami menemukan istrinya tewas gantung diri di dapur rumah. Peristiwa ini menggemparkan warga RK 1, Bandar Sari, Kecamatan Way Tuba, Kabupaten Way Kanan, Lampung.

Kepala Kampung Bandar Sari Tarwani mengatakan, awalnya mendapat informasi ada warganya ditemukan gantung diri, Rabu (25/10/2023) pukul 23.30 WIB.

“Korban ditemukan suaminya dalam posisi tergantung lalu meminta tolong ke warga setempat,” ujarnya, Kamis (26/10/2023).

Menurutnya, suami istri ini tidur secara terpisah. Yang perempuan atau istrimya tidur di luar, sedangkan sang suami dalam kamar.

“Suami berniat keluar dari kamar untuk buang air kecil. Pas buka pintu dapur, dia melihat istrinya sudah tergantung. Dia teriak-teriak tapi tidak ada yang mendengar lalu ke jalan dan menemukan seorang warga untuk minta tolong,” katanya.

Setelah kejadian, warga langsung datang mengevakuasi korban. Sementara suaminya sudah tidak sanggup berbuat apa-apa melihat kondisi istrinya.

“Saya langsung ke TKP, menghubungi camat dan kepala Puskesmas. Lalu camat menghubungi Kapolsek dan polisi datang ke lokasi untuk olah TKP,” katanya.

Seusai identifikasi, jenazah korban gantung diri dibawa ke Puskesmas Way Tuba. Kemudian diteruskan ke Tanjung Karang, Bandarlampung untuk autopsi di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. (Idris – Bedah Kasus)

Kepolda Lampung, mengatakan akan mengawal kasus narkotika jaringan internasional Fredy Pratama yang sudah menjadi perhatian kita semua, dimana kemaren kita bersama forkopimda ikut dalam pemusnaan barang bukti narkotika sebanyak ratusan kilo oleh Ditnarkoba Polda Lampung.

Kapolda Lampung, juga menyampaikan hari ini kamis di kantor kejaksaan tinggi Lampung, adanya pelimpahan tersangka 2 (dua) orang, Ahmad Affandi barang bukti, 3(tiga) Kartu ATM BCA, 4 (empat) Unit Handphone, 1 (satu) Unit R4 dan Dedi Setiawan barang bukti, RP 24. 442. 065. 755, 4(empat) buah KTP, 14(empat belas) buah buku tabungan, 1(satu) lembar kertas bukti pembayaran, 66(enam puluh enam) buah kartu ATM, 1(satu) lembar kertas putih berisikan sandi Pin ATM, 2(dua) unit token key BCA, dan 1 (satu) unit Hanphone.

Sebelumnya juga Kapolda Lampung, mengatakan sudah ada yang dilimpahkan 4(empat) tersangka yaitu M.Ahyat Roja’i, Muhammad Fikri Naufal, yusuf pribadi, Andri Gustami dan barang bukti Rp. 5. 376.154.299.

BEDAHKASUS.ID -(PRINGSEWU) -Kabag Operasional (Kabag Ops) Polres Pringsewu, Kompol Kisron, melakukan peninjauan dan pemeriksaan terhadap logistik Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) di gudang Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) setempat Kabupaten Pringsewu, di komplek perkantoram Pemda Pringsewu. Kamis (26/10/2023).

Kabag Ops Kompol Kisron, mewakili Kapolres pringsewu AKBP Benny Prasetya mengatakan kunjungannya tersebut untuk memastikan bahwa logistik Pemilu berupa 6.063 kotak suara yang tersimpan digudang KPU dalam kondisi lengkap dan aman.

“Kita ingin memastikan bahwa semua logistik yang akan digunakan pada hari pemungutan suara dalam kondisi baik dan siap pakai. Pemeriksaan ini dilakukan untuk menjamin kelancaran pelaksanaan Pemilu di wilayah Pringsewu.” jelasnya

Untuk memastikan keamanan logistik, orang nomor tiga di Polres Pringsewu ini mengaku sudah menerjunkan sejumlah anggotanya untuk memantau dan mengamankan gudang KPU.

Ia juga mengaku sudah berkoordinasi dengan ketua dan anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum terkait tahapan dan datangnya logistik pemilu diwilayah tersebut.

“Kami ingin pastikan bahwa seluruh rangkain pemilu di kabupaten pringsewu ini dapat berjalan dengan aman, lancer dan damai.” Tandasnya (*)

Kegiatan KRYD (Kegiatan rutin yang di tingkatkan) malam hari itu dipimpin PS KA SPKT 1 Aipda Heri Susanto bersama personel Polsek Negara Batin Polres Way Kanan.

Kapolres Way Kanan AKBP Pratomo Widodo melalui PLH Kapolsek Negara Batin Ipda Wahyu menyampaikan kegiatan Patroli malam sampai subuh dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mencegah terjadinya gangguan Kamtibmas di Jalan poros dengan sasaran tindak pidana curat, curas dan curanmor.

Sambung Wahyu, dengan hadirnya kami Polri ditengah-tengah masyarakat tak lain untuk bertujuan memberikan rasa aman, pelayanan dan perlindungan kepada masyarakat.

Oleh karena itu, petugas melaksanakan patroli dengan menyasar daerah yang dianggap rawan kriminalitas.

KPU Provinsi Lampung Cek Kesiapan Gudang Logistik Pemilu 2004 di Way Kanan

BEDAHKASUS.ID, Way Kanan – Anggota KPU Propinsi Lampung Titik Sutriningsih cek Gudang logistik di KPU Kabupaten Way Kanan, Sabtu (14/10/2023).

Kunjungan disambut Anggota KPU Way Kanan Tri Sudarto, I Gede Klipz Darmaja, Sekretaris Arifin dan Kasubag Umum Romi Ruman. Hadir pula Anggota Bawaslu Sigit Dwi Suardi.

Anggota KPU Provinsi Lampung Titik Sutriningsih mengatakan bahwa pihaknya melakukan pengecekan kesiapan gudang logistik pemilu 2004 seluruh sater di wilayah Provinsi Lampung.

“Pihak kami ingin memastikan bahwa tempat penyimpanan gudang logistik telah tersedia, cukup dan sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan pengelolaan logistik yang aman dan tertib,” ungkapnya.

Dalam kunjungan tersebut anggota KPU Provinsi Lampung mengecek gudang milik KPU di kantor KPU Way Kanan dan gudang pinjam pakai di lapangan badminton Pemkab Way Kanan.

Kedua gudang tersebut dirasa sudah cukup dan layak untuk penyimpanan maupun sortir packing logistik di wilayah satker KPU Kabupaten Way Kanan. Namun pihaknya menekankan perlu pengecekan kembali kemungkinan adanya kebocoran saat musim hujan nanti.

Diperkirakan akhir bulan Oktober sudah mulai akan dikirimkan logistik jenis kotak suara dan bilik suara. (Idris – Bedah Kasus)
