BEDAHKASUS.ID – (PRINGSEWU) -Plt. Camat Pagelaran Utara (Pantura) Zainal Abidin mengingatkan agar Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di wilayahnya menjaga netralitas dalam Pemilu 2024. Dirinya menegaskan adanya sanksi hukuman disiplin pegawai dan ancaman sanksi pidana bagi ASN yang melanggar.
“ASN wajib menjaga netralitas dan tidak terpengaruh dan memengaruhi pihak lain yang mengarah keberpihakan atau ketidaknetralan,” ujar Zainal kepada wartawan, Sabtu (13/1/2023).
Zainal menjelaskan, pemerintah telah menerbitkan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Kemenpan-RB, Mendagri, BKN, KASN dan Bawaslu Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Pedoman Pembinaan Dan Pengawasan Netralitas Pegawai ASN. Dalam SKB tersebut, kata dia, menjelaskan secara detail bentuk pelanggaran dan jenis sanksi.
“ASN harus bebas dari pengaruh dan intervensi semua golongan dan partai politik. Ada sanksi dan hukuman bagi ASN yang melanggar netralitasnya,” tegasnya.
Zainal berharap agar masyarakat menggunakan hak pilih dengan sebaik-baiknya. Terlebih, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengawasan selama proses pemilihan dapat menghindari terjadinya potensi kecurangan termasuk praktik ‘money politic’ selama proses Pemilu berlangsung.
“Mari kita sukseskan Pemilu 2024 dengan menggunakan hak pilih dengan sebaik-baiknya. Baik warga maupun ASN jangan sampai tergiur dan terjebak politik uang yang ditawarkan,” tutupnya.
