BEDAHKASUS.ID – (PRINGSEWU) -Kelurahan Pringsewu Selatan, Kabupaten Pringsewu, Minggu (4/02/2024) – Rumah Sakit Wismarini menjadi sorotan tajam setelah sejumlah pasien dan keluarga penunggu pasien mengungkapkan kekecewaan mereka terhadap buruknya kualitas pelayanan yang terjadi di lembaga kesehatan tersebut.

 

Wisnu, salah seorang yang menunggu pasien di Rumah Sakit Wismarini, menyayangkan kondisi pelayanan yang dinilainya buruk. Ia berharap agar perbaikan segera dilakukan untuk mengedepankan etika dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, menjadikan pelayanan rumah sakit sebagai dasar utama dalam membanggakan masyarakat Kabupaten Pringsewu.

 

Menurut Wisnu, rumah sakit seharusnya memprioritaskan pelayanan kepada pasien dan keluarga mereka. Mengatasi ketidakpahaman pasien dan penunggu pasien dapat diatasi dengan adanya perawat yang ramah dan komunikatif di Rumah Sakit Wismarini.

 

FA, inisial seorang pasien perempuan, menyampaikan rasa kesal dan jengkelnya terhadap pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Wismarini. Ia menilai bahwa pelayanan lelet dan tidak mengutamakan prioritas utama, yang seharusnya menjadi fokus utama di rumah sakit tersebut.

 

“Sudah tentu saya kesal dan jengkel, dengan pelayanan di rumah sakit Wismarini yang lelet seperti tak mengutamakan prioritas utama pelayanan yang seharusnya mereka lakukan di rumah sakit ini,” ujarnya dengan ketus.

 

FA melanjutkan keluhannya terhadap pelayanan malam hari. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa perawatnya sudah tidur sebelum jam 12:00 WIB, bahkan mencoba membangunkan perawat yang tak kunjung bangun. Keadaan ini membuatnya mengalami kehabisan air infus, yang berujung pada bengkaknya tangan dan rasa pusing di kepala.

 

“Lebih miris lagi kalau malam hari, belum sampai jam 12:00 WIB, perawatnya sudah tidur semua. Abang saya sampai empat kali bolak-balik membangunkan perawat dari tidur, namun tak juga bangun. Air infus habis, tangan saya bengkak, dan pusing,” ungkap FA dengan nada kesal.

 

FA juga menyebut bahwa perawat yang bertugas di malam hari diduga datang hanya untuk tidur (DHUT) dan menyuarakan dugaan bahwa pegawai kesehatan atau perawat di Rumah Sakit Wismarini mungkin menerima gaji tanpa memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal.

 

Dengan penuh harapan, FA menyampaikan bahwa rumah sakit seharusnya mampu menjaga pelayanan dengan ramah, baik, dan menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai dasar utama untuk perbaikan pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan, memberikan kepuasan bagi pasien dan keluarga
