BEDAHKASUS.ID – (PRINGSEWU) -Ketua KPU Pringsewu, Lampung Sofyan Akbar Budiman mengaku tidak mempersoalkan adanya petugas PPK yang merangkap sebagai pendamping PKH. Sofyan berdalih tidak ada larangan dalam aturan KPU terkait hal itu.
“Tergantung aturan di masing-masing instansi,” kata Sofyan saat dihubungi wartawan belum lama ini. “Aturan di KPU sendiri membolehkan. Ada juga, kok, PPK yang ASN,” lanjutnya.
Meski demikian, lolosnya seorang pendamping PKH saat seleksi penerimaan PPK seolah menunjukkan rekrutmen oleh KPU tidak selektif dan profesional. KPU mestinya mempertimbangkan kualifikasi dan syarat. Terlebih tidak abai dengan melakukan pembiaran-pembiaran terjadinya pelanggaran.
Diketahui, Kementrian Sosial Republik Indonesia (Kemensos RI) melalui Dirjen Perlindungan dan Jaminan Sosial Nomor menerbitkan aturan Nomor :02/3/KP.05.03/10/2020 tentang kode etik SDM PKH. Koordinator Wilayah II PKH Provinsi Lampung Slamet Riyadi menegaskan sanksi atas pelanggaran diatur dalam Pasal 27 Perdirjen Linjamsos Nomor: 58/3/OT.01/8/2022.
“Sanksi Ringan berupa Surat Peringatan (SP)1, Sanksi Sedang berupa SP2 dan penundaan honor, sedang Sanksi Berat (SP3) atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat,” jelas Riyadi seperti dikutip Kirka.co.
Lebih lanjut Kepala Dinas Sosial Pringsewu Deby mengatakan akan segera meminta klarifikasi terhadap oknum pendamping PKH yang berstatus double job. Deby menjelaskan, pasal 10 ayat n disebutkan larangan untuk pendamping PKH merangkap jabatan.
“Akan kami cek petugas tersebut dan akan dipanggil untuk klarifikasi dan seterusnya mengikuti mekanisme sesuai aturan yang berlaku,” kata dia.
