BEDAHKASUS.ID (PESISIR BARAT) -Sat reskrim polres pesisir barat di back up tekab 308 presisi polda lampung akhirnya berhasil menangkap pelaku pencurian dengan pemberatan yang sempat viral di medsos yang kabur menabrak anggota polsek bangkunat dengan menggunakan mobil Brio merah, Jumat (17/11/2023).
Kapolres Pesisir Barat AKBP ALSYAHENDRA, S. IK, M. H mengatakan Sdh 1 minggu sejak kejadian tersebut, tim sat reskrim polres pesibar sudah melakukan pengintaian terhadap beberapa pelaku yg melarikan diri masuk ke hutan TNBBS. Tadi mlm 2 diantaranya diciduk saat bertransaksi narkoba di tegineneng . Sehingga tadi malam sekaligus juga diciduk 2 pengedar narkoba yg salah satunya memiliki senjata api.sedangkan 1 pelaku lainnya yang menggunakan brio merah msh dlm pencarian (DPO). Karna keterbatasan personel, penangkapan tersebut di back up oleh direktorat reskrimum polda lampung.
Sebagai info, pengemudi brio merah yg menabrak anggota saat dalam pengejaran tersebut adalah salah satu yg diamankan yaitu Ramdan bin anwar. Yang bersangkutan bisa saja dijerat pasal berlapis karena menyerang anggota polri yg sedang melaksanakan tugas, Untuk kasus penangkapan pengedar narkobanya sendiri direncanakan akan diambil alih oleh Dit Narkoba Polda Lampung utk dikembangkan lbh lanjut.
Kapolres pesisir Barat dan jajaran tetap berkomitmen utk serius dlm pengungkapan segala tindak pidana kejahatan jalan yg terjadi di wilayah hukum polres pesisir barat. Intinya kami tidak akan membiarkan celah bagi pelaku perampokan untuk berulah di kabupaten pesisir barat.
Kasat reskrim polres pesisir barat membenarkan telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap 4 orang yaitu RI (22) alamat negara Ratu, ABP (21) rantau ajaya udik sukadana, MS (27) alamat alang rato negeri katon pesawaran kemudian AP (25) alamat gunung sugih baru pesawaran, ke empat pelaku pada saat kita lakukan penangkapan melakukan perlawanan terhadap petugas.
Dalam penangkapan tersebut kami di back up oleh Tekab 308 presisi polda lampung dan kami berhasil mengamankan beberapa barang bukti dari pelaku yaitu 1 (satu) pucuk senjata api jenis HS berikut amunis 8 butir aktif, timbangan elektrik, narkotika jenis sabu, plastik klip, alat isap sabu/bong dan enam buah handphone, tambah Riki
Dari hasil Introgasi pelaku inisial RI dan ABP mengakui perbuatannya telah melakukan pencurian dengan pemberatan 2 tkp di wilayah persis barat pada tanggal 09 November 2023 dan membenarkan pada saat melakukan aksi menggunakan kendaran honda Brio merah dan pada saat kabur menabrak anggota polisi yang mencegatnya dan untuk kedua pelaku akan kita sidik di polres pesisir barat sedangkan untuk kedua pelaku lainnya akan kita serahkan ke polda lampung untuk disidik terkait tindakanpidana kepemilikan senjata api dan narkotika dan kami masih dilapangan bersama team dari polda untuk pengembangan TKP lainnya, tutup RIKI
Perlu diketahui sat reskrim polres pesisir barat berhasil ungkap kasus pencurian dengan pemberatan 2 tkp yaitu tkp pertama di warung korban an. Bambang Irawan di pekon Lintik Kecamatan krui selatan kabupaten pesisir barat dan tkp kedua toko tiga putri korban an. Suci pertiwi dengan alamat pekon negeri Ratu ngambur Kecamatan ngambur kabupaten pesisir barat, untuk pelaku akan kita jerat dengan pasal 363 KUhp dengan ancaman hukuman tujuh tahun penjara. (Rikki)
